Windows 10 Store Apps installed on your desktop may behave like apps do on mobiles. They do not load when you have minimized the window. However, if its a non-App installation you might enjoy them running the way you have experienced on previous versions of Windows.

Buying a flat - make sure to collect all your documents

When you buy a flat make sure you get these original documents: Possession Letter Society Share Certificate Agreement for Sale (Between Builder and you) Make sure you get copies of these: Society blue-print (It's the plan layout of the entire society and not just of your individual flat). It's requires a big xerox machine to take a copy. The document is asked for by some banks. If you eventually plan to sell your flat the new buyers bank may insist on a copy of the blue-print.
