The Resource War

Modern day water filters throw away a lot of water. If you channelize and redirect it to your garden you are probably feeding it with more minerals. If you collect it in a bucket you invite thirsty birds and help them survive. If you let the water to fall on ground and evaporate you help some place to get mist and rain. If you drain it underground you give it back to the earth. None of our activities every waste water, it’s just like holding sand in a tight fist. Yet like any other resources managing your use of water is essential for a smooth life. Everything is provided yet man must labor.

Buying a flat - make sure to collect all your documents

When you buy a flat make sure you get these original documents: Possession Letter Society Share Certificate Agreement for Sale (Between Builder and you) Make sure you get copies of these: Society blue-print (It's the plan layout of the entire society and not just of your individual flat). It's requires a big xerox machine to take a copy. The document is asked for by some banks. If you eventually plan to sell your flat the new buyers bank may insist on a copy of the blue-print.
